You’re not just part of The Brass Tap. You’re part of a family. That’s why we created a special fund called VIBE (Very Important Brass Employees) to help our restaurant owners, employees and their families tackle daunting obstacles in life. Perhaps you need help funding your educational dreams. Maybe your household is dealing with a tough financial situation. If you believe we can help, tell us your story by filling out the form below and letting us know why you should be considered. We look for passionate individuals who are already determined to succeed but need financial resources to get there. Selected recipients will be awarded funds ranging from $500 - $5,000 each.
To apply you must be an employee of The Brass Tap, FSC Franchise Co. or any of its franchised locations, with continuous employment of 6 months or more. Are you a team member? Trainer? Shift leader? Assistant General Manager? Owner? The VIBE Fund is open to all positions! Each applicant must be a legal U.S. resident, be at least 18 years of age, and be endorsed by the owner of The Brass Tap he or she is employed by. If applying for a school scholarship please provide us with specifics on the secondary education program, college or certificate / degree option you need funded.
